Client Services Director at MLT Digital (formerly Moore Legal Technology), I’m responsible for creating the best-in-class client service and performance standard. I help determine clients’ requirements to steer the strategic direction of the brief to achieve their specific commercial goals and am driven to achieve great results and maximize ROI for all clients.

I have been involved in law, technology, and online business generation projects for 10+ years. For 9 years I was Operations Director at Moore Legal Technology and as of 2022 have been promoted to the role of Client Services Director, with my primary goal being the creation of the best-in-class client service and performance standard.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my growing family (with new levels of challenges with Lucy and Rory), blogging, tennis, golf, and bringing Rodger and Rizzo into the office to meet our team and clients. I enjoy assisting the best lawyers (who genuinely want to help people or businesses with their legal problems) to generate more business and improve their online marketing. Working with clients, publishing great legal content, and ensuring their law firm is successful is what drives me.
