I act as team lead alongside the firm's support engineers to deliver successful technical execution of Epiq's various transcription service offerings across our private transactional projects.

This sees me responsbile for resource allocations towards fulfilling pre-hearing equipment and/or transcription platform accessibility setups, as well as overseeing the proactive monitoring and resolution of technical issues encountered either by clients or our internal job support team during eventual live engagements.
