Reshaping Legal Services in Norwich and the East of England – New Upcoming Event

The Legal Services Board want to ensure that everyone who needs legal advice knows how to access it, and can get they help they need at a price they can afford.

As Mandy Caruana, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager at the LSB, has noted in a recent Event announcement here:-

“We want to ensure effective regulation enables are strong, diverse and competitive profession, but we know we can’t achieve this alone.

How can we work together to improve access to justice and increase public trust in legal services?

Join us in Norwich to:

  • Explore the challenges and opportunities from the legal services profession in the East of England
  • Share your views and ideas on how regulation can make a positive difference
  • Discuss who needs to work together to create a sector that commands public trust and confidence

 

We expect to cover themes including access to justice, legal technology and innovation, legal education, diversity and inclusion, professional ethics and public trust in the profession. But we want you to help shape the agenda. So let us know what you would like to cover and who you want to hear from!

The event is open to lawyers, future lawyers, consumer organisations, academics, researchers, charities, advice agencies, innovators, tech companies and other businesses, regulators, and representative bodies—anyone with a role to play in ensuring that legal services better meet the needs of the people who need them.
